The core of our service is to provide crew that assist with the set up and de-rig of any event, no matter how big or small. The crew continuously enjoy working with clients to help set up staging, set, rigging, AV, props and of course the loading and unloading of trucks. Our in- house, on going training and a thorough inductions, ensure Silverback crew arrive on site with a fantatic understanding of what is expected from them and a wealth of knowledge that they bring to every shift.

There are many occasions where crew alone will not suffice and specialist machinery and skilled crew are needed. At Silverback we have large number of experienced crew that are certified to operate plant machinery such as counter balance forklifts, telehandlers, scissor lifts and cherrypickers. Due to our in house system, processes and software you can be sure that should you need to book a specialst oporater, our crew member will turn up with a valid license and capability.

Possibly one of the most common skills asked for by clients is a crew member that can be booked as a “chippie”. Every Silverback region has a collection of crew that are able to assist in the building of set, wrapping set and putting together bespoke structures. followspot crew
When booking a crew member to perform the task of a followspot operative you need to have trust that they have the experience and ability to perform that task faultlessly. Knowing that our crew have followspotted for countless award ceremonies, arena filling comedians, rock bands, SKY Sports and live TV should allow you to book with confidence. Our followspotters know what is expected of them from conduct, attire and ability.

2 hours in Central Zones 1 & 2 in London and 3 hours within 10 miles of our other regions.
The bigger the job the sooner we recommend confirming. To avoid disappointment, leaving it till the last minute is not recommended, especially in busy seasons such as Christmas and Summer.
Our basic PPE that all crew arrive with is Hard hat, Hi-Vis vest and steel capped boots.
