In the countdown to Christmas, we at Silverback Events want to take a moment to thank all of our clients and event crew staff across the UK! 

We’ve faced some tough challenges over the last few months, but our industry continues to break boundaries and make a positive impact, bringing some of the nation’s most prestigious and spectacular events to life! 

As 2022 draws to a close, we’re taking some time to reflect and plan ahead for 2023. Now, we’re looking forward to an exciting future – and that includes inviting you to join our amazing event crew team in the New Year!

What we do at Silverback Events 

At Silverback Events, we provide a range of leading event crew hire services to assist the UK events industry with teams made up of skifull, dedicated and hardworking individuals from all backgrounds who work together towards one common goal: over deliver in everything we do. 

From gala dinners, corporate exhibitions and fashion shows to film and TV studios, live gigs, and blue-chip brand activations for familiar names like Nike, Coca-Cola and LUSH, our crew are there to ensure your event runs seamlessly. 

Silverback understands that each client has different needs and expectations — whether you require help with staging, rigging, AV, props or plant machinery, our teams draw on their extensive experience in order to make sure that each event succeeds according to plan. 

What can you expect from working with us?

At Silverback Events, we believe in creating an enjoyable workplace culture where everyone can thrive. Starting in January, we are looking for reliable, versatile and conscientious people who are willing to put in the time and effort, including unsociable hours and weekends, to assist with audio-visual equipment, stage setup and teardown, as well as loading and unloading trucks and much more — no two days are the same! 

In return for your hard work, you will be well-compensated with competitive pay rates, attractive incentives upon job completion and career developing opportunities through our in-house training programs. This is a great way to gain experience in a fun, fast-paced environment while working in a variety of locations and incredible venues with like-minded people.
