What’s Involved?
You’ll be part of a dedicated group working behind the scenes to ensure the smooth-running of all types of Summer festivals. Duties include stage, marquee or VIP area set up, assembling rigging and props, operating AV equipment and plant machinery, loading/unloading, and building bespoke structures.
What Does It Take To Be a Festival Crew Member?
To be a festival crew member, you must be at least 18 years old, physically fit to work in all conditions and long hours (if necessary) at a broad range of music festivals and events. Most importantly, you need to be reliable, hardworking, and committed to the task at hand. Exceptional communication skills and a willingness to go above and beyond are also essential if you want to succeed.

From here, you can fill out an application form for one of our nationwide offices in Manchester, Leeds, London, Birmingham, Glasgow or Edinburgh, indicating your name, details, areas of interest, experience and availability.
It’s recommended that you apply early, as the selection process is competitive, and there are only so many spots available.
Once you’ve submitted your application, expect to receive a response within a few weeks. If accepted, you’ll undergo a thorough induction that will explain your roles and responsibilities in more detail, before receiving a clear training plan.
