The most effective way of weaving Health and Safety into the mind set of all managers and crew is training. All crew undergo a strict induction process with a large aspect of it conducted by our health and safety manager who is both NEBOSH and IOSH certified. All crew work in line with British Safety Council standards and with our affiliation with Peninsula you can be sure that our Health and Safety legislation is constantly up to date.

All crew come with full PPE to every shift and can be armed with additional PPE if and when identified. Our crew and clients know we have a zero-compromise approach to putting our crew in jeopardy. Health and Safety are either taken seriously or not and within Silverback it is taken extremely seriously. Our crew are health aware, safety conscious and have an incredibly professional mindset.
