be at the heart of scotland's event industry
Glasgow is home to some of the most incredible events, festivals and venues in the UK. Nominated the European Capital of Culture back in 1990, it’s no surprise that its musical heritage is legendary with the World Pipe Band Championships, Celtic Connections festival and the Scottish Opera and Symphony Orchestra making a scene. The Scottish Event Campus (SEC) hosts an infinite number of prestigious events, exhibitions, corporate meetings and live entertainment every year. Of course, the city is also famous for its world-class museums and galleries like the Hunterian Art Gallery and House for an Art Lover as unmissable attractions.

what it takes
A Silverback is a reliable, committed and driven individual who enjoys working as a member of the team in challenging environments with excellent communication skills. Naturally, a crewman’s job is physically demanding and therefore candidates are required to possess a level of stamina and endurance. From time to time you may also be expected to work long, unsociable hours and travel in and around major UK cities. However, this allows our team to live a flexible, balanced life and whether you are unloading and loading trucks, setting up stages, working on audio visual equipment or operating plant machinery, we always invest and reward those who are willing to put in the work, empower each other and do their very best.
