A Silverback is a reliable, committed and driven individual who enjoys working as a member of the team in challenging environments with excellent communication skills. A crewman’s job is sometimes physically demanding and therefore candidates are required to possess a good level of fitness. You may also be expected to work long, unsociable hours and travel in and around major UK cities, however this allows our team to live a flexible, balanced life. Whether you are unloading and loading trucks, setting up stages, working on audio visual equipment or operating plant machinery, we always invest and reward those who are willing to put in the work, empower each other and do their very best.

Whilst working for Silverback, you will be assisting the set up of many live events in Edinburgh, ranging from corporates, big brand activation, award ceremonies, sporting events, exhibitions, TV and film… the list goes on! It is a truly exciting and rewarding industry to work in, which is why so many current Silverbacks have been with us for over a decade.
