what it takes
To become a Silverback you must be a reliable, driven, strong, hardworking and conscientious individual who enjoys working in a team in challenging environments, and should be prepared to work unsociable hours. Although we do work with well known brands and celebrities, it isn’t all glamourous and some tasks we undertake will be classed as “character building” and physically demanding. You will be regulary loading and unloading trucks, setting up stages, working with audio visual equipment and working in a wide variety of locations and amazing venues. You will be working in an incredibly supportive community and under a Regional Manager. After a thorough induction you will receive a clear training plan, stating a clear avenue of progression and have regular reviews. We work in live events across the United Kingdom, no two days are the same and that’s the beauty of crewing. We work on a 24hr clock so some of the hours can be unsociable however we’ve found this allows our team to live a much more flexible life.
