The Silverback crew are a rare breed of manpower, we hold ourselves to incredibly high standards of professionalism in everything we do. Your role as part of our crew will be to aid the successful set up of a whole host of live events, ranging from award ceremonies, sporting events, outdoor festivals and much more. For our event crew roles, experience across the events industry is preferred but not essential.
We’re on the lookout for individuals who embody the Silverback standards, we provide all successful candidates with a thorough in-house training plan before they join the Silverback crew, providing you with all coaching, tuition and support needed to confidently get stuck into your first job.
Although we work out of four offices in Manchester, London, Edinburgh and Birmingham; from time to time you may be expected to travel to several venues outside of these locations. Possessing a UK driving license and owning a vehicle is not mandatory but is preferable. In any case of travel, fuel costs will be reimbursed.
Working as part of a crew team is unlike your standard 9-5, the events industry is a 24/7 non-stop powerhouse, and our working hours vary largely on the task at hand and no two event crew jobs are the same.
